The interview process was smooth. The interview consisted of a first round behavioral interview and then a second round interview with a top manager. They tend to get back relatively quickly.

Tell me a time when you faced constructive criticism.
Only interview with the recruiter. It was a remote interview. They tried to get to know you first before asking other questions. The process is easy but the recuriter get to decide who is hired instead of the audit department which is weird.

Pretty casual however I wish they wouldn't ghost you after. The interviewers were nice and actually felt like having a conversation with you. Overall, it was a positive experience in the end.
Overall the process is done well, just wish they had the decency to not ghost applicants when they don’t move forward with the process. It takes no time to send an automated email.
