I applied on my university's Handshake website, and I got contacted by the university recruiter a few days later to a first round interview. The first interview was with an attest services supervising manager and it was extremely chill and relaxed. I could tell they just wanted to get to know you at a conversational level and see if you would be the right fit. Second and final round was a panel with audit and attest managers, lots of behavioral questions. They mostly asked about experiences on my resume, CPA eligibility, and interview questions to test my personality. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.
A quick 1 hour call with 2 managers. There are 4 questions in total. They are very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, I didn’t pass the interview, but I think it’s because I didn’t prepare thoroughly.
Conversational; 2 step process with phone screen and interview round. Very nice people. Best advice is to demonstrate a decent knowledge of the work you would be performing as an auditor and flex those teamwork skills.

Applied on Linkenin, and had a 15 minute screening with a recruiter on handshake. The Interview itself was in person which consisted of 2 20-30 minute dialogues with two CBIZ professionals, Met a few members in HR, got an office tour and got to network with other interviewees with lunch afterwards. It lasted from 10-1pm,
