A discriminating and judgemental company. They say you have great references, they say you're hired, then their HR holds something against you from the past, another employer they say is linked to them, we care, be warned everyone, if you orientate with a previous employer and that employee orientating you is unprofessional so you flag it rightly so, it gets held against you, is that a company you'd really want to work for? I prefer a more professional one that addresses, not ignores issues, including an already established unprofessional employee over a more professional new one that has more years experience and professionalism , than that newly qualified longer term employee. It's the unprofessional workers they need to get rid of more importantly.
