Met them at University Career Fair. Can't remember if there was a phone call for the first round, but there was a back to back video interview with two senior members of Cat Financial, both were at the Career Fair's virtual group information session. The video interview was a typical behavioral-based interview, they asked questions about experiences on my resume, open-ended behavioral questions, and opened it up to me at the end for questions. Both interviewers were very nice and easy to talk to, and the position is an excellent opportunity.
