Had a phone interview with a recruiter from HR. The recruiter went over the role, company, pay/benefits, etc. They emphasize excel and the "company culture" a lot and overall don't give people a chance. Carvana feels like an elite company to try to get hired into. It's complete bs, wouldn't recommend.
