Straight forward recruiter/hiring manager/hiring managers boss. Overall pretty relaxed. Not at all stressful. Seems to have a great culture as displayed by everyone I spoke with. Money isn’t quite on the level with the rest of the industry but exponential growth potential.

Submitted applications and a setup an introductory call after. I would say this was when it got rocky as the conversation went. It went for only 10 minutes and it was definitely rushed. Didn’t even ask things about my background or give me a chance to see why I was a good fit. When I asked questions, she didn’t know the answer and referred me to ask the hiring manager or saying I didn’t have more information about that. This is a complete lack of time for people who were interested in the company. Take your time knowing your candidates! Not spend 10 minutes to show nothing for it. Carvana...please keep your recruiters accountable as they are just simply not screening applicants correctly...
