That if they wanted to move forward I would hear from someone within 24-48 hrs

Screening phone interview with HR. Second with district manager using Zoom. Pretty straightforward questions and answers. Seems like a positive work environment and that management cares about company and employees.

I was reached out by a recruiter on LinkedIn and scheduled a 30 minute phone interview. The recruiter that I spoke with was so dry, short, and definitely did not seem excited to talk with me. She provided no insight about the position or the company. She asked a few situational based questions and the call lasted 15 minutes; mostly with questions I asked her. I’m happy they didn’t move forward with me because I would have declined the next step anyway. Terrible experience- do not recommend!

The interview process was easy so to speak.. You talk to a Very energetic recruiter.. They are very knowledgeable on the basics.. Had the please of speaking to 2 very respectable senior managers but had 1 recently promoted manager who really wasn't keen on understanding what the essence of succession planning is.

1 manager always wanted to know about Negative experiences. Really didn't ask about anything positive just every negative question you could ask. Red flags when out of a 45minute conversation I was told about turnover about 6times....
