I applied and completed an online assessment, then their in-house recruiter contacted me for a screening call. She put me forward to come in for an in-person interview where I met with the hiring manager and briefly spoke with the VP. I then spoke with the VP in more detail the following day via phone and received an offer very quickly. The entire process only took about 2 weeks total.
