Initial phone screening with the recruiter from Camris, then a one hour Skype panel interview with each of the program teams at USAID to which I was applying. Interviews were very formal and only consisted of scenario/behavior questions. Did not discuss my qualifications or fit for the position. After each interview, the recruiter said she would follow up about next steps. Never heard back from the recruiter or either program teams, even after multiple follow-up emails. Overall, a very disappointing process.
