They were looking for former athletes and I applied to the position. It fits me like a glove and it would work well for all athletes because the environment is friendly, competitive and goal oriented. I did a quick first interview, then a detailed second interview which made me understand th position a lot better. Third interview was simple and easy. Overall the interview process was easy and detailed so I understood everything clearly

There is s first round interview where they just get to know you. The second round interview is where you get to shadow someone and see for yourself what you will be doing. The last round is where you find out if you are hired.

There is a three round interview process. The first round is just getting to see you as a person and school. Second round is seeing where your social skills are. Third is what the management team thinks.
