Submitted my application online in June 2020 and received a response from a recruiter the following week. Scheduled a 30 minute phone screening interview with the recruiter later in the same week. Discussed my background/experience and asked questions regarding company. Discussed pay range and the range I had put on the application was slightly higher than what I had put on the application and mentioned that the pay range was workable at the higher end of their range. Received an email 2 weeks later informing me that they will not be proceeding with my application.
