The interview process seemed fairly straightforward. A recruiter reached out to me based on a prior application. I had a video interview with her. The second interview was a video interview with the Director of Sales. The third interview was another video call with two female Sales Leads. All seemed to go well. Recruiter never followed up despite my multiple requests for an update. Seems like a waste of time to interview someone 3x and not even send a rejection email.
