02 steps interview process with one interview on the phone for about 15-30 min about your interest about the job and your knowlegde of the company and another one on teams for about an hour. second interview is more about your previous experience related to the job ans also situational questions to test logic in relation to the job challenge.

Situational question:
1- In case a customer of the company would like to have its project that is being handle for a soon to come date line but the team that you are part of which is working on the project is not ready to deliver, how will you handle the situation ?
2- What will you do if on the day that the project has to be delivered to a customer, only a part of the project is ready to be deliverd ? how will you handle with the customer ?
Very quick. It was only one round and they did not dog too deep into technical background or expertise. They asked basic knowledge questions and asked to solve one small problem. This was for an entry level position, so its possible for higher levels the process is more intense.

Standard behavior questions, name a time you had to deal with a conflict, what did you do.
The interview process was smooth and well-organized. It started with an online coding assessment focusing on basic algorithms and problem-solving. Afterwards, I had two technical interviews covering JavaScript, APIs, and database queries, followed by a short HR discussion about culture fit and career goals. The team was friendly, and communication was clear throughout. Overall, it was a positive experience.
