It took,about 2 weeks to get a phone call from HR. Then a scheduled interview with 2 senior developers and the manager .the interview was all about soft questions , what would you do if u had problems with your colleagues kinda questions

Most of the interview questions were about projects or work experience, no technical questions.. After about a week I tried to contact the HR to get a feedback ...its kinda hard to say what was right or wrong since the questions were not technical so prepare yourself to get ghosted ...
Starting with a Phone screening with the recruiter. From there you go to interview with the Team Lead and Manager of the project that you'll be part of at CAE
