I had a video call with 3 people from CAE, a mix of people based in the UK and US. They said they would get back to me the following week after all the first round interviews but I never heard back from them. Tried to follow it up but never got a response. I spent time researching the company and took time off work for my interview. The least they could have done was acknowledge me and decline my application rather than ‘ghosting’ me.
