Messy interview process. The HR gives us one day to prepare and does not give any feedback on the previous interviews. Only soft skills for the interviews no hard skills was needed. Interviewers lovely! Be prepared to be ask anything from your cv, from the clubs you were involved to the activities you said you liked.

Asked basic qs from IB400. Drilled a lot on motivation. Also asked about past deal experience. Introduced the team main focus is on cross-border M&A and ECM. Overall, nothing too difficult or out of the box.
