Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en CACI International (Fairfax, VA) en feb 2016

I applied through a CACI recruiter. The recruiter sent me a package to fill out and upload the the CACI careers section. After submitting all necessary paperwork I was directed to take an aptitude test in math and verbal. After I had passed the aptitude test the recruiter told me that someone will be in contact with me in a week or so. After 3 weeks I was contacted for an interview but since the interviewer was out of town in California, my in-person interview was made into a phone interview. I was interviewed for roughly an hour, with the standard interview questions. Following my interview I received an offer letter from the FSO.

Straight to the point virtual interview followed by receiving a prompt to submitted a timed written case review. Although interview experience can vary based upon hiring process or if you received a referral.
It was done online and at the time, the interviewer was ultimately going to be my direct supervisor. Mine lasted a little over an hour and I remember the interviewer being very attentive to my responses (and would ask followup questions).

Very common interview questions that you experience with other jobs. It wasn’t stressful, and it was with a writing sample. The writing sample was timed and a little stressful, but not difficult.
