Right from the start the hiring and interview process has been very slow . CA technologies is a very good company but the reciting person was either not intrested or lazy. I was scheduled a conference with the hiring manager. But there was no body from the hr team to co ordinate . When you email they mostly wont respond . Am am willing to work for Ca Technologies but these People from HR are making the process of Recuitment very slow and lazy and that makes me loose confidence in the company. No proper communication from the recuitment hr .My patience is tested.
