I tried applying through their website but never got a call. And then tried my luck via employee referral and got a call through recruiter in 2 days. An interview was scheduled for 2 weeks later from that day, at the CA office. 5 rounds of interview with 7 people. Mostly on Testing, Networking, Linux and Windows basic commands, logic and reasoning etc. None were too difficult. Got a call back from recruiter in 2 days and the final offer in a weeks time

2 Technical 1 HR Result will be announced after all the three rounds and candidates will be evaluated cumulatively. In technical round, your breath and depth of technical skills like DBMS, OS, Programming Languages will be tested. but a sure shot question will be, "test this calculator or bottle or watch or some random thing"....just checking how apt you are for the profile. HR is routine...leadership, character etc....but imp question would be "Why CA?" you might be asked some random puzzles in one of the rounds too.

It was more on the practical and the environment which you have worked on. Hiring process was good. They were giving update on a timely basis. HR was helpful and guide me when ever i required their help
