Its a long process with almost 8 interviews. However, you are kept up-to-date at all times and know exactly where you stand in the process. The first round was with the APJ Head, then with the Business Unit Leader, followed by regional advisors, presentation round to the entire team and follow-on interview with the BU Leader.

CA allowed multiple opportunities to speak with various individuals, most of which were by phone. It would have been more helpful to have exposure to company culture and products. Sense is that things are improving at CA, but there are still some challenges.
