The bad experience started from the beginning. I saw the red flags right from the start. The recruiter reached out to me asking for my availability which I provided. I was then told that my availability didn't work with the team so I responded that I was happy to work around the team's availability and to simply let me know. I received the no response from the recruiter and instead received a response a few days later saying that I did not provide my availability. After many weeks of back and worth, I finally had an interview scheduled that was canceled 15 mins before the interview. This was then rescheduled and the hiring manager once again canceled it the day off. The third time, I finally was successful at meeting the hiring manager and sent a thank you note after. I received an email from the recruiter asking me to reschedule the interview. I was confused... It seems that the recruiter did not take the time to actually read contents of emails and the hiring manager was not considerate of candidates' time. Overall, it was a terrible candidate experience. It's definitely the sort of company where it seems you are simply a number and not a person.
