The 4-round technical interviews were good. I solved the coding questions in all of the three rounds. The manager was friendly and wanted to have me in the team. But the VP didn't like me. I thought I could have the offer since the manager expressed that he would like me to join his team. But they rejected me solely because the VP didn't like me.
Later, I researched about this company and found that it is running a toxic micro-management. The boss managed everything in the company. The company can't keep genius. All the interviewers are new graduates.
Started with CV screening, then online assessment followed by 2 rounds of technical interview, didn't make it after the 2nd interview. Overall a standard process, and the interviewers were all nice.
Had one behavioral interview, the interviewer wasn’t super friendly and I could only see the top half of her face the entire time. Was very much question and answer, wasn’t much of a conversation
The interviewer didn't give much hints to how to solve the problem and was very rude. There was a systems design interview as well, but the interviewer canceled as I wasn't able to solve the first problem in 15 minutes without any hints.
