Interview process consisted of the HR screening over the phone, followed by an interview with the Director of the company. The interview was more based on understanding my expertise in different domains, rather than actual coding expertise. Though, the interviewer did ask me a thing or two about database schemas. Overall, it was a relatively simple interview.

1st round-aptitude round ( logical & quant) total 34 questions & time limit is 30min. questions was toooo easy...even high school student can also crack it easily.. 2nd round- technical round ....i waited for almost 1hr ..after that the interviewer came with a laptop who was very busy in doing his project..worst interviewer ever faced in life..he dont even know to speak english..his vocabulary was disgusting...He asked me questions in hindi tat too mumbaiyya hindi...literally speaking,he had no technical knowledge at all..he asked me questions by searching in google...i answered each n every questn..after that he threw some random useless question which came in to his mind as programs & when i showed my ans in 2mins, he was shocked & seriusly he didnt get my logic which i had written on a sheet so,i explained each n every step of programs..i explained him each n every step twice such type of worst interviewer he was with no technical knowledge at all... 3rd round hr :- i can say it was not an hr round ...hr just told me U R SELECTED AS RUBY DEVELOPER & started explaining about salary structure. Though the salary + incentives which they offered was pretty good but i had made my decision during technical interview by seeing tat interviewer " I would never work in this company which contains UNSkilled seniors" so,i rejected this offer
