Practical Assessment (Role-Dependent) • For technical positions, there might be a coding challenge, case study, or work sample task.  • For non-technical roles, in-depth discussions about past projects, responsibilities, and role expectations may be used instead. 5. Final Decision & Offer • After interviews and assessments, the team decides and extends an offer if there’s a mutual fit.
