Very brief, in and out in an hour with just a quick practice test and interview. I was even told that my practice test score would have usually been too low for me to get hired (not by much, only by a few points, but still!) The only person I interviewed with was my center director.

Asked to take a SAT test, and then met with the director of the center. Questions mostly focused on experience with tutoring, educational background and working with multiple students at once.

Entrevista
1 on 1 interview with the manager. She asked me of similar working experiences. Obviously my previous SAT scores were very relevant to the interview, but she asked me about what my interests were after SAT tutoring because it is very much a temporal position.

Entrevista
Very superficial, and that should have been my first warning. The center director did not ask about whether I had developed a philosophy or preferred approach to tutoring. I felt like I was an interchangeable part -- as long as I did things the C2 way, there would be no problem. Of course, it's never that simple.

How long have you been a tutor? Do you have a favorite subject area to tutor? What other subjects can you also tutor?
Did you like/trust the center director and did she appear to like/trust you?
At first, we seemed to get along fairly well, but that changed quickly as I began to distrust whether she was always telling me the truth, and question the accuracy of the information I om received from her.
