I applied online though glassdoor. I got a phone call asking me to come in to take the teacher's test; I took an SAT test that was just reading and math sections and was briefly interviewed about my resume and experience.

Initial Screening on the phone, taking the SAT and receiving a satisfactory score (Usually top 1 percentile), and final interview with the center director regarding past teaching and work experience.

First, they have an online assessment for a particular field in which you are interested in teaching. If you are to pass that, you would move onto the second part, an in-person behavioral interview.
