They call you for a first little interview, then its a visio where they ask questions and ask you to write a resume in their format.
Then you have to "wait" for them to call you when they find something fitting your skills.
They mostly fill their portfolio of candidate without any clear view of what to expect from them, if they are not interested, they will just ghost you.

Extremely NOT recommended. I went through two different processes with them, and they never gave me feedback on either (spanish teams). They wasted my time by asking me to attend different rounds and then not providing any response. Extremely unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

2. Screening with someone from the tech team (questions 'bout sql, Java, etc) from tmc
3.Screening with the client, question from the software architect (deeply tech)
4. Ghosting the candidate, never had a feedback.

2 steps. The first one is easy one. Second one is technical skill. The recruiter was very kind. The technical interview was average. No live coding. But code writing with explanation.
