Initial phone interview with a recruiter followed by an interview with the manager. The interview was supposed to be 30 min but went to almost an hour. It started with a general overview of the company and what they are looking for then we moved to work experience and how it relates to the position. The interviewer did not turn his camera on which made it very difficult to know that my message is getting across. I was asked to extend the interview and we continued with technical questions. This came as a bit of a surprise and truly unsure how it tests skills and ability to work on a problem a case study shows the ability to work on a problem better.
