I attended an interview for a position at CDAC Bangalore, and it was a deeply disappointing experience. The process felt pre-decided, as if the interview was conducted just for formality. The interviewers seemed unprepared and lacked the necessary knowledge for a proper evaluation. What shocked me most was witnessing a senior person treat a cleaning staff member disrespectfully, speaking to her in a humiliating manner as if he were superior to everyone. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also shameful and tarnishes the organization’s image. This experience has left me questioning the values and professionalism of CDAC Bangalore.
