I applied for the job online and then received an introductory phone call from their recruiter a couple days later. That phone call went well, and I was moved on to the next round where I completed a writing test for them where they showed me one of their products and had me write a brief summary of it to pitch. They communicated extremely well and answered all of my questions during this process and were very helpful. However, after I emailed the assignment back to them, I waited and waited but I have not heard anything back from them (2+ months). I sent the recruiter two follow-up emails and even called their office, only to have him not answer his direct line. I was shocked at how unprofessional this process was at the end, given that they communicated so well at the beginning.
