They ask you to speak Chinese even though it is not listed on the job posting. The interviewer is very disrespectful and will record you without your permission. The interviewer is located in China by the way and the interview time is also Chinese time zone, which means you are interviewing at 1am in the morning on east coast. The interviewer does not even read your resume when talking to you.

I submitted my application online, and within a week, I received an email from HR to schedule a screening interview. It was a great experience. After passing the first round, HR sent me the details for the next steps within three days. Before moving to the second round, I had to sign an NDA. The second round was a technical interview with a senior engineer. The coding tasks weren't too difficult, but unfortunately, I couldn't complete them. After the interview, I was asked to fill out a survey to evaluate the interview process. To be honest, the experience was well-organized and professional, but for me, the most important thing was getting the job. Unfortunately, on the third day after the second-round interview, I received a rejection letter.
