The HR team was very polite but their process was terrible. The hiring manager had worked for Riot Games and didn't have enough sense to reassure me that he was not one of the misogynists who the government started a class action suit against, or how he would treat women equally. He actually spoke of that shameful company with pride. Imagine being so out of touch. He interrupted me constantly, not allowing me to finish a single thought, and though I was interviewing for a leadership he described his leadership style to me and did not ask about mine. His leadership style - "not a micromanager, and only gets upset if he needs to get involved with things". I still can't get over this guy. I guess it really is easy to be a man in business, even if you are incompetent.
