First time was felt bad with pre-talk and email reply notice result evaluate staff talking not smooth just asking question then answer like annoying me.. im not ok with how they evaluate my profile even the position i applied i have experience with and not even give an opportunities to talk second time passed to round 2 but this interviewer not nice speak to fast and low voice and dont know how to get to know candidate first just sent a question and the point question not relate to job describe and result im not passed why?? Just because im not answer right away his point to not relate the position im applying but i have experience im think they r not care candidate as much and not fare i feeling dissapoint

at first someone will call you on phone and ask basic question and if you are available for interview then next Hr interview next is lead then Manager interview, the interview is via zoom, No examination
