There were 4 rounds of interview, First with HR, Second with your direct manager, Third, with Managing Director and lastly with HR Partner. Everything went smooth, was able to proceed until the 4th stage with the HR Partner, it’s as if it’s just a formality as it took almost 2 months for the whole process, only to be ghosted by the whole team. Haven’t received feedback from anyone even though I followed up with the HR. My advice, avoid and do not waste your time. It seems like they cannot compete with my current pay but no one said a word and I was dropped as if I didn’t exert time and effort for the interview.
