The interview process was quite quick, applied and received a response in a few days, had a call with the HR department to explain the job duties and some questions about previous experiences. It was easy going until I met the director of the department I applied for, he messaged me privately after the interview with inappropriate questions for 'additional services' and 'demands' he would have to get this role, I did not respond but the following day he asked if I understood his advances. Although I could have misinterpreted it, I felt uncomfortable and that it was inappropriate to sort of black mail me.
