Entrevista
Deliver an interactive tutorial to other candidates chosen from 3 topics. Tutorial needed to be 20 minutes long and fellow interviewees were the ‘learners’. Group discussion then follows and a more in depth interview in the afternoon.
There were two stages to the interview, one on the morning and if successful move to second stage on the afternoon. They were very well structured and staff were all lovely and friendly.

Gruelling whole day affair. Presenting tutorial created on subject specified by them along with all other candidates then a second interview if successful. Find out what salary they're willing to offer before you go to the trouble. It's "competitive".

"Thirty five....?" Patronising attempt to get me to say "thirty five thousand pounds" after I responded 35 to a question about my salary expectations after I'd already answered this question on the application. Still none the wiser as to whether they were willing to even come close to it.
