Unfortunately my interview experience has left me with a bad impression. Had my final interview and it's been 3 weeks with no response even after I followed up. The whole process for me was a phone interview, 2 teams interviews along with submitting a recruiting exercise and paper application. I submitted those items on time and thought my interviews went great. Unfortunately to this date I still have yet to receive any feedback or follow up regarding the status of the role and it has been a week since I sent my own follow up email to inquire. It is unfortunate that a highly praised company has ghosted me after the final interview as I was excited about the possibility to be a part of the team.
