Lengthy but worth it. I went on site 3 times and had an interview through go-to-meeting. To start the process there was a video interview that was fairly easy, you had to record your answers but could retry the recording if you did not like your answer. While it was a process it was always interesting showing up on site. If they offer you alcohol in the afternoon it is not a trap that is just the culture.
