I applied online and had an interview with the recruiter. I was sent two assessments to complete after that. A couple weeks later, I had a one hour behavioral interview. Then a quick follow up to set up the final interview.

With my experience I had to take two assessments after the initial phone screen. The tests were approximately 1.5 hours long and had to be completed within 24 hours. I completed those, did well. I had another three rounds of interviews with a total of six different people. This also included facilitating a mock client meeting. Each interview went well in my opinion and the recruiter was also providing positive feedback. After the fourth and final round which was a Friday I received an automatic rejection email with no further explanation on a Saturday! It was definitely a gut punch and their loss but just not sure why after so many rounds more information was not provided. I will never view this company the same.
