I applied online and received an email after about a month inviting me to a phone call interview. I scheduled the interview and when the time came, the recruiter said they were running late on a call and that it would be just 5 minutes wait but they never called after 20 minutes. So I emailed saying it was ok and we could reschedule because I figured sometimes things come up last minute so no worries. Well, the time for the new interview rolls around and no call again. The recruiter then emails me and says they are waiting in the video meeting for me to join but I was specifically told it was a phone call interview and had not prepared for a video interview. This seems like a very disorganized and frankly inconsiderate organization. Please be more considerate of your applicants' time because we are professionals just like you. You would think an organization that deals in public relations would pay more attention to details and how they are perceived by people through their actions.
