The full interview process was a phone screen (over an hour), an in-person panel interview, and a tour of the location to meet some of the team. I didn't make it past the phone interview, which I am very pleased about. My overall experience was awful. From the start, my interviewer made it clear he didn't even want to be having the phone call. He seemed annoyed, was very short with me, had no conversation about my responses to his questions, and clearly put in no effort to answer my questions about the company. I don't know what caused my interviewing to be so annoyed with me, because I could tell he had made up his mind about 20 seconds into the interview before I had even started answering any questions. To top it off, he asked if I knew that my salary requirement was "not consistent with my position and experience," meaning I wasn't worth the pay I was requesting. Almost two months later, I received an email declining a second round interview. I had already accepted a new position by then and wouldn't have taken the interview regardless. My advice is not to work for this company. If the interviewers attitude is any indication of what it's like to work at that company, then employees are looked down on and not valued. It was one of the most negative interview experiences I've ever had. To this day, I don't know why the interviewer didn't simply stop the interview when he had made up his mind rather than dragging it on for over an hour.
