There are three stages in the recruitment process. The first one is an interview with the team lider and recruiter. They are asking for describing previus job experience, education, at the beggining pretty general questions, but later much - more specific, including technical knowledge from computer science, programming etc. Last part of first stage was IQ test. Second stage is a presentation, actually two presentation for previously aggred topics, e.g. some application architecture and a project created in the past. Moreover programming test. Last stage is a speech with consulting director.
