Saw an ad for the position, sent a resume with cover letter, I was called and we scheduled an interview, after interview was called with status. The interview itself took place in the morning in their conference room. I was interviewed by three members of senior management, one did most of the talking, the other two asked occasional questions but seemed to be listening carefully.
