I decided to write about my upsetting experience after reading another applicants experience while interviewing for the same position. Having been an employer for 16 years, I feel quite disturbed by the lack of HR compliance and illegal questions by a manager at this prestigious club. You may read the inappropriate interview questions I was asked below where it says Interview Questions. The assistant manager always contacted me on Sundays and I would receive email correspondence from him late in the evening. I was asked to come in on Easter Sunday at 7pm for my first interview. I was informed this position demands 65-70+ hours for a lower than expected salary. I was asked about my age marital status, children and also what job my partner has. I was also asked what private clubs I belong to and also what clubs my family belongs to. I would not feel comfortable working with a team that was this unprofessional and offensive.
