It is a relatively short interview process. They just want to make sure that you have a suitable personality for the client facing nature of the role and that you are passionate about fitness. The other employees are very nice and the interview is relatively casual. The interview focuses more on fit and customer service than anything else. Overall a very pleasant interview and work experience. There are also a lot of opportunities for growth as it is a growing company.
