They ask for educational backgrounds but mostly they ask personal questions so they can get to know you and here you really are and it makes you comfortable rather other jobs make you really nervous.

The interview process was great, the hiring manager was attentive and caring. I really appreciated their time to interview me. I would recommend for other to apply. It was fast and to the point.
The interview process was very quick and efficient. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The hiring manager was very kind and just asked behavioral questions. "How do you work in a team"? "Why do you want to work here". Stuff like that
Long and boring. I met all of their requirements but they wouldn’t hire me. The interviewer was fake nice. But aleast she offered me a drink. I interviewed with them 4 times, all denied.
