I saw the job offer on my university website and applied online. They sent me an email asking me to do some online tests that must be completed within 24 hours. Around a month later they contacted me via email inviting me to participate to the Business Games and Individual Interviews in their Madrid office. Travel and accomodation were on the candidate expense. The business games started at around 11 am, after a short presentation of the company and the program. We were more or less 30 people and were divided into six groups. In the game we had to develop the BK strategy for the assigned continent and explain it to the other groups. In the end half of the people were cut after the games and didn't have the opportunity to do the individual interviews. I didn't pass to the next phase.
