Had previous experience of 9 years hired on as assistant manager. They knew my work ethic was quite impressive. Previously knowledgeable and fast food. I am very good at customer service. I also find solutions to customers problems as they arise.

Simple and quick. They are looking for mature individuals who are dependable and do not call in. Show leadership skills to a certain extent and ability to work with the team as a whole.
Pretty easy, making sure it's clear that managerial experience in the food industry.
Don't be afraid to voice concerns. Control the interview and make sure your demands are met. It's fast food so don't be a pushover
