I had the interview with the Human Resources person affiliated with the Military Exchange system. They basically sat you in a room and asked a series of questions. Many of the questions are easy and require common sense.

The interview process was pretty smooth and laid back. I went to the store at 4pm, completed the interview, and before I left knew what my temporary schedule for the following week would be.
