Easy interview. Just need to know basic Lab management tool and have the courage to work in fast pace. It also depends on the season, if its summer then high chance they will take most of the applicants.

It was smooth-sailing overall and we had a very good conversation. I just wished I worded my answers better to suit the primary objectives of the given role. If the organization were to offer a role again, I would answer their questions more accordingly.

They primarily asked me if I had any history of working in an assembly-line kind of job because the duties of the role run parallel to that, but with a different scheme and more complex system to it.
